EXAMPLE WEEKEND SCHEDULE:

You will learn about the ancient practice of Vedic Meditation, guidelines for your meditation practice so you get the most of out of it, reasons why you may get thoughts during meditation and what life looks for you as a long term meditator.
Lunch isn't provided so we suggest you bring a light lunch and we will eat as a group
DAY ONE
Session 1 ~ 11.00 - 12.30
During this session you will be given your personal Mantra and experience meditation as we get you to experience the calm and bliss that Vedic Meditation offers.
Light lunch break
Session 2 ~ 13.30 - 15.00
During the second session Ben will share with you guidelines that will help you get the most from your meditation practise. Ben will check your Mantra, and then as a group we will meditate again.
DAY TWO
Session 1 ~ 11.00 - 12.30
During the third session Ben will provide science backed information on how meditation removes stress from your body. Your Mantra will be checked again and we will meditate as a group.
Light lunch break
Session 2 ~ 13.30 - 15.00
In the fourth and final session Ben will discuss what life will be like for you as you integrate meditation into your daily practise and how this will have a positive impact on the world.
Ben will check your mantra again if needed and a then we will meditate as a group.

Absolutely. The reason why it hasn't worked for you before is because you haven't had the use of a mantra (in Sanskrit a mind vehicle) and you haven't learnt the science behind meditation and reasons why you get thoughts during meditation. It's the practise itself and the theory that you get taught over these 4 sessions that give you the understanding and insight into the beauty and blissfulness of deep meditation.
